OML 111, Facility Compression Unit Revamp

Navante & her technical partner Natgas Global Resources performed a top-end overhaul and revamp of the K3600 compression unit located at FST 3 within the OML 111-Oredo FS facility.

This compressor was initially set to export 45mmscfd compressed gas via the 3 available export pipelines:

• • Ovade/Pan Ocean Export Line
• • Escravos-Lagos Pipeline System
• • NIGC Pipeline system (via a Bypass)
• • Layers Coating Selection
• • Coating Application
• • HSE & Quality Control

The Top end overhaul entails:

• • Change-out of faulty parts in the Compressor end (Ariel JGC/6) and the Drive end (CAT G3616)
• • Re-installation of replacement parts
• • Servicing of reusable parts
• • Engine realignment, Engines program parameters reload and configurations
• • Cooling and control systems overhaul
• • Startup & Commissioning
